THEATRE TOTS   Online Terms and Conditions1. Introduction

This document sets out the Terms and Conditions by which Theatre Tots agrees to provide services to you, as parents or carers, and your child(ren).

When you book a service from us, you are signifying your agreement to these Terms and Conditions. It is your responsibility to familiarise yourself with them before you book or purchase any product or service from us.

We reserve the right to change or cancel these Terms and Conditions at any time. The current Terms and Conditions always appear on our website (www.theatretots.com). The most recent Terms and Conditions shall always apply.

2.Payments for Theatre Tots Classes

The cost of classes and valid methods of payment are displayed online.

Payment must be made prior to the session.

Subject to availability of places, children may join a class at any time during the term.

4 week online courses are paid up front at £12.

Where there is space drop in classes can be booked at £3.50.

A discount of 10% is given to siblings who attend the same or another Theatre Tots class during the same term.

Theatre Tots reserves the right to exclude children from sessions where the fee has not been paid or whose behaviour presents serious safety problems or disrupts the class.

We reserve the right to cancel a session or class without refund in exceptional circumstances outside our control, including, but not limited to, fire, flood, adverse weather conditions, bereavement. In these circumstances we will endeavour to offer an alternative class or session.

3.Theatre Tots Responsibilities

We will carry out regular risk assessments of our technology and ensure the correct safeguarding procedures are in place. We will not record without prior consent.

If possible, we will contact you in the event of unforeseen delays to or cancellation of a session or class and endeavour to offer an alternative session or class.

We will contact you to discuss concerns and be proactive in discussing issues of safety and behaviour with you.

Our teachers are all DBS checked and we are covered by public liability insurance.

We will do our best to ensure that your child(ren) enjoy, participate in and benefit from their attendance at Theatre Tots classes.

4.Parental and Carer Responsibilities

You must complete an Application Form and provide necessary contact details. You must notify Theatre Tots of any changes to this information.

You or a person nominated by you and notified to Theatre Tots must remain with your child/children during the session. Please ensure all children are supervised with the technology to ensure enjoyment for all participating.

You must ensure that your child(ren) is in good health to attend the class

You must not give your child food or drink while they are active in the session because of the risk of choking. If they need a snack they must sit out while they eat.

5. Parties and Holiday Workshops

Holiday Workshops and other “one off” events must be paid in full in advance unless otherwise indicated.

6. Publicity

Occasionally, photographs, video, film or audio recordings may be made during Theatre Tots activities for publicity or promotional purposes. Please inform Theatre Tots beforehand if you do not wish your child(ren) to appear.   Release forms will be issued for you to consent or object to your child(ren)’s photo(s) being used in this way..

7. Injury and Personal Property

Theatre Tots does not accept liability for injury to any child attending any Theatre Tots activity unless caused by the negligence of Theatre Tots staff.

Theatre Tots does not accept responsibility for any loss of or damage to, personal property unless such loss or damage shall be caused by the negligence of Theatre Tots staff.
